It is also very easy to set unrealistic expectations of what’s achievable and then not back them up with hard data or results. For us to be successful as a business, we need to operate with the mindset of starting new things and finishing them. Always have the mantra of ‘do what you said you would do’ in the back of your mind and never leave a task unfinished.
