Overview

We’re a rapidly growing Marketing agency and are looking for a full-time and part-time Social Media Account Executive to join our existing Client Marketing team.

The role includes full training and requires no prior experience but a willingness to learn, and an interest in fitness, marketing or social media.

Our offices are located in Haywards Heath with direct lines to London & Brighton. This position is to be based in our Haywards Heath office.

About The Role

  • Social media Campaign management on Facebook and Insta – creating and managing Fitness Marketing Agency clients’ marketing campaigns.
  • Analysing and optimising – Using data to optimise clients marketing campaigns to create a positive ROI. Track key metrics such as cost per lead, sales & return on ad spend.
  • Client relationship management – Building relationships with clients and making recommendations on how to grow their fitness business based on key metrics on social media marketing via email and zoom calls.
  • Client communication – onboarding and coaching new clients into the Fitness Marketing Agency community via Zoom calls. As well as checking in with clients via email where necessary.
  • Live in person events – 3 times per year, we invite our clients to world class venues across the UK and Ireland to network and discuss social media marketing strategy. Previous venues include Anfield (Liverpool), Aviva Stadium (Dublin), Twickenham Stadium (London). Your attendance will be needed to assist and help clients in person.
  • Weekly team meetings – Discussing clients and their future with the Account Executive and Operations team.

We’re a rapidly growing marketing agency specialising in marketing for the fitness industry.

As a company we hold x3 large events and an array of smaller bootcamps a year for our clients and we attend x6-10 events a year as exhibitors/sponsors. Along with frequent client video testimonials around the UK and Ireland.

We are looking for an Events Co-Ordinator to join our Operations team to plan all team travel and assist with the attendance and organisation of our own events and those the company attends.

The ideal candidate would have event, diary management and travel booking experience and will be looking to grow in this developing role and company.

Our offices are located in Haywards Heath with direct lines to London & Brighton. This position is to be full time based in our office with travel to events nationally and potentially internationally as the company grows.

Responsibilities

  • Booking stand space and liaising with exhibition organisers and suppliers
  • Logistical planning for team travel to and from events, conferences, and client visits including accommodation, food, and evening entertainment if applicable
  • Planning schedules and diarising events for the whole FMA team
  • Co-ordinating the FMA team along with sponsors/clients attending meetings/events
  • Booking meeting rooms/hotels for Sales Bootcamps hosted by FMA including internally at our offices and around the UK and Ireland
  • Sourcing and booking event locations for company client-only Masterminds, liaising with the venue team pre-event and during the event on A/V, catering, room set up and additional extras
  • Organising the registration process including pre-event ticket distribution, lanyard processing, and registration on the day

The role includes working and assisting the Media Production Lead on different online video content ranging from training and marketing videos to large-scale event recordings and after movies. As well as the on-location responsibilities, there will be an editing role that will involve content aimed at our socials as well as our membership website.

There will be a great opportunity to learn how things are produced within the company and allow access to a range of professional equipment further increasing your handling and experience with such equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Willingness to learn about on-set procedures and the film production process to invest and become a more skilled member of the team
  • Capturing content as a camera operator when required
