The Job Would Be Ideal For Someone Who Has Worked In Marketing For 3+ Years, Can Demonstrate A Knowledge Of Paid Advertisements And Has Managerial Experience.

This is a senior role and you’ll be part of the leadership team, managing and mentoring a team of Ad Account Executives and making sure clients get results with their marketing. Providing insight-driven strategy and collaborating with cross-departmental teams.
Areas of expertise are required in:

List Of Responsibilities For This Position:

  • Overseeing the Account Executive team, holding daily meetings, and ensuring the implementation of all KPI’s.
  • Reporting to senior members of the leadership team once a week on team performance.
  • Inspire, motivate, and mentor the Account Executive team.
  • Speaking directly with clients on zoom and our CRM platform on a daily basis to help and guide them to get better results with their marketing.

  • Creation and delivery of internal training materials for Ad Account Executives.

  • Creation, management, and iteration of internal processes so clients continue to get results.
  • Conduct client campaign performance testing, collect and analyse data to gain insights and identify trends, and implement strategies based on findings with a goal of maximum ROI for our client’s campaigns.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues with client campaign delivery and performance.

The Job Would Be Ideal For Someone Fresh Out Of College Or University Who Is Looking To Start A Career In Marketing

We will provide all the training you will need; this is a junior role so we don’t expect you to already know everything about Facebook / Instagram.

When you join the team, you’ll be put through training over a period of 6 months, which include:

  • Direct response digital online marketing
  • Facebook Advertising
  • Pixelling and Re-marketing
  • Marketing funnels
  • Copywriting that converts
  • And much more

In short we will train you up so if you ever do leave, you’ll be able to start at any business and successfully know what you’re doing with all things digital marketing.

A lot of what you’ll be doing will be on Facebook, so let me give you a quick run down…

Facebook advertising first arrived in 2007 but really didn’t take off until ten years later in 2017, so qualifications are not essential in social media but you must have a knack of how Facebook and Instagram work and want to learn a highly valuable skill set that you can use in years to come – marketing, using the power that is Facebook and Instagram.
