You will...

• Stay coachable. You told us you were coachable when you applied; that’s why you’re here. Keep that same mindset throughout the Momentum Programme. Stay open-minded, take feedback on board, and act on the guidance from us that moves your gym forward.
• Trust the process. We’ve done this hundreds of times. If you follow our lead, you’ll win. If you ignore it or try to reinvent everything, you’ll slow yourself down.
• Show up properly. Join onboarding and coaching calls with zero distractions, on a laptop or desktop, with strong WiFi, in a quiet location, ready to work.
• Put the time in. Growth doesn’t happen by accident. You must set aside time weekly to work on your business. Follow the proven strategy, and you’ll make money. Do anything else, and you’ll stay where you are.
• Communicate like a professional. You’ll interact with several members of our team. Be respectful, clear, and courteous at all times. Rudeness, aggression, or unprofessional behaviour results in immediate removal from the programme.
• The energy you bring is the energy you get back. This community only works when everyone behaves like leaders.
• Refer great people. If you get value, we may ask you to refer others like you. It helps us focus more time on serving clients. For every referral who joins, we’ll send you £1,000 as a thank you.
