Absolute Health and Fitness: Background
Working in the fitness industry for over 15 years, Stuart started off as a successful long-distance runner who followed his passion into coaching people with health and fitness. He started off with a small one-to-one personal training studio which he sub-leased from a major hotel.
The challenge
Stuart was working split shifts and weekends and with his wife close to giving birth to their first child Stuart wanted more control over his business whilst hoping to stabilise his work/life balance. Having tried marketing his business using leaflet drops local press, Stuart realised that digital marketing was the way forward and make contact with us.
How we helped
After starting Facebook campaigns through FMA, Stuart started to have the constant buzz of the phone receiving hundreds of leads from his Facebook adverts. After being sceptical Stuart received £6-7K back from his advertising spend after his first ad. As well as being able to move his business to a new location Stuart was able to deliver a better service to his clientèle by shifting his business model to small group training and increasing his training rates and take on new members of staff. He has successfully scaled his business without increasing the time he’s working and as a result he’s earning more money and is able to spend more time with his new family.
I look back now and think okay, I spent a lot of money, but I’ve got 10x back in my pocket, which I wouldn’t have if it wasn’t for FMA.
