Wellbeing Fitness: Background
Ian Ryves decided to get into get into the fitness business as he’s always been good with people and has a passion for health and fitness. He started the business on his own with one other employee and has now managed to build the business up to 13 full-time employees working 40 hours a week.
The challenge
Wellbeing Fitness were taking on marketing on their own. In addition to wanting to increase the number of clients they have, improving their marketing to increase the quality of clients was also an important goal. Wellbeing Fitness wanted to work with a marketing company who was both in the business and knew exactly how to help them meet their goals.
How we helped
Since joining FMA, Wellbeing Fitness have seen a 30% increase in business.
“Ben gets us the leads and we do the sale, and then it is up to us to look after the customers. I am proud to say that through Ben we have the record of making ₤22,000 in one campaign – so you know, you cannot say more than that.” – Ian Ryves.
When we started working with Ben, I have to say I did wonder how they would do everything they planned. But everything is so clearly laid out and it is simple: you do this, then do this and then you do the other. It couldn’t be easier.
